Civixon Construction Solutions, LLC is a professional construction management and engineering advisory firm headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. We serve federal agencies, state and municipal transportation authorities, bilateral and multilateral development organizations, and commercial clients across the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area and internationally.
Founded on a commitment to precision, performance, and client advocacy, Civixon delivers integrated construction management services across the full project lifecycle — from program definition and pre-design feasibility through contractor procurement, construction oversight, quality assurance, and final closeout. We are guided by CMAA Standards of Practice and PMI-PMBOK principles, and we operate exclusively as owner’s representatives and independent consultants — ensuring zero conflict of interest and complete alignment with our clients’ program objectives.
Our multi-disciplinary professional team brings 20+ years of hands-on delivery experience across domestic transportation infrastructure, civil and vertical construction, water supply and sanitation systems, irrigation and agricultural infrastructure, facilities programs, and international reconstruction projects. We have delivered and overseen programs funded by federal agencies, state DOTs, bilateral development organizations, multilateral banks, and UN agencies across more than 10 countries spanning Asia, Africa, and the Americas.
Civixon is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firm — providing prime contractors and program managers with a qualified, credentialed teaming partner who brings senior-level expertise to every role.
